Delivery of Your Footwear
Check the destination first
Delivery options, charges, and any estimate available for a purchase are shown during checkout at www.henania.com. Review them before ordering for an occasion or a particular date. An estimate allows for the information available at the time; it is not a guaranteed appointment.
Recipient name and reachable contact details
The carrier may need these to identify the delivery or resolve an exception.
Complete street, building, unit, and postal details
Missing address information can delay the parcel or lead to its return.
Destination restrictions and import requirements
Local handling can affect acceptance, charges, and transit.
When does movement begin?
Preparation follows the order's payment, availability, and verification checks. A carrier reference may be assigned before a physical collection scan appears. Later scans depend on the carrier's handling and reporting, so a short gap in tracking is not conclusive proof that a parcel is lost.
What if the address or tracking looks wrong?
Send the order reference and relevant detail to [email protected]. Address changes should be requested as soon as an error is noticed; a carrier may be unable to redirect a parcel already in transit.
For a delivered status, inspect the delivery note and check reception, secure locations, lockers, and household handoffs. For failed delivery or a returned parcel, the carrier record helps establish the next step. Refusal or non-collection does not automatically complete a refund.
Weather, holidays, carrier capacity, and destination procedures can alter timing. For an international shipment, the recipient must respond to lawful customs requests and handle destination assessments unless a particular charge is expressly collected and identified at checkout.
