Shopping with Henania

These terms govern use of www.henania.com and purchases submitted through the store. They should be read with the payment, delivery, returns, and privacy pages that explain those parts of the service.

What does a listing offer?

A footwear listing identifies the available product and selectable options. Descriptions, photographs, size guidance, and prices support your decision, while screen settings may affect color appearance. An obvious error in a listing may be corrected before acceptance. A photograph does not make an unavailable size or option orderable.

When is a purchase accepted?

Putting a pair in the cart is not a reservation. Submitted orders undergo payment, stock, destination, and verification checks. An order may be refused, limited, or cancelled if it cannot be fulfilled, contains inconsistent information, involves a clear pricing error, or raises a substantiated security concern. Any resulting payment release or refund follows the applicable payment process and legal requirements.

What use is not permitted?

• False identities, unauthorized payment activity, or attempts to obtain another person's account information.

• Malicious code, interference with shopping functions, or attempts to bypass access restrictions.

• Automated activity that disrupts the service, or copying original store material to misrepresent an affiliation.

Payment companies, carriers, and technical providers operate parts of the shopping journey under their own conditions. Their involvement does not remove obligations the store has under applicable consumer law.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain available, including those that an agreement cannot exclude.
