Shopping for footwear involves more than selecting a pair: an order also needs contact details, a destination, and records of what was purchased. This notice explains the handling of that information at www.henania.com.

What information enters the service?

• Details you provide for contact, checkout, delivery, and customer inquiries.

• The products, options, quantities, order references, and payment status associated with a purchase.

• Necessary device, browser, network, and session information generated while using the store.

• Correspondence and supporting material supplied when an order or item needs attention.

The chosen payment provider handles the financial credentials needed for its method. Transaction references and status may be returned to the store to connect that payment to the order.

Why is it used, and who may receive it?

Information supports shopping sessions, order checks, delivery arrangements, communication, issue resolution, security, and required records. Relevant details may be provided to companies performing hosting, payment, carrier, messaging, analytics, or technical services. Sharing should relate to the work involved. Disclosure can also occur where law requires it or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

How long is it kept?

Different records serve different purposes. A temporary session does not have the same retention need as a transaction, dispute, or accounting record. Information is retained for the applicable purpose and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when continued identification is unnecessary. Administrative and technical safeguards help control access and reduce risks, although no transmission method is entirely risk-free.

How can I exercise my rights?

Write to service@henania.com to request access, correction, deletion, or another right available under applicable law. Verification and lawful retention requirements may apply. Browser controls can also limit cookies or local storage; disabling functions needed for sessions or security may affect checkout and the cart.
